I bought my son a bat during a quick stop in Cooperstown. When I had an issue upon returning home, Bruce went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service and my son loves his personalized bat.

We visited Cooperstown and stopped here. Bought a baseball bat for our nephew engraved with his name. I thought reasonably priced and they shipped to us. We asked not so ship until we got home and it was delivered the exact day they said it would. Very pleased and the staff was so helpful.
