One guy in particular deserve more kudos than can be expressed herein. JIM JORDAN is a trainer whose patience, guidance and perseverance with my husband Ken are all qualities that can't be measured. Ken has neuropathy and affected numbness in both lower legs. Jim got him going on the exercise bike and , in spite of Ken's skepticism, helped him greatly-- so much so that he signed up for regular exercise with Jim's guidance. As I said before, I can't say enough!!!

Great place for the whole family especially if you love sports. Any sport you can think of is there. The variety is great and everyone is super friendly whether you're a beginner or experienced. Great atmosphere (apart from the overwhelming smell of chlorine). It's easy to find yourself in an office area due to the size of the building and lack of maps or directional signs. Staff are for the most part super friendly but some will stare at you and give off a bad vibe.

Extremely rude staff at the swimming pool. They harass you when you are in the change room by knocking loud on the door saying "get out" , "the pool is closed'. The pool closes at 12 on Sundays and they expect you to be in the parking lot at 12???!! Also several of the lifeguards (on Saturday shift) are extremely rude. They allow children to toss a foot ball around the pool. It hit me and my daughter several times and it's a huge safety hazard. New York Department of Health should really audit these guys and get them some training sessions on public safety and better attitude towards their clients!

I came in here during the week my son was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. I came with my two older children, 17 & 15. I was amazed by the expansive facilities, all at a very low cost for the day. There was a rock wall, bowling lanes (for a couple dollars extra), basketball courts, racquetball and pickle ball courts, and swim lanes on the inside. Outside, there were soccer fields and tennis courts too. We came just for the fitness center, and we're pleasantly surprised that there weren't many people there for a weekday morning. Most of the patrons we saw were heading to the on-site Physical Therapy. There were also a couple studios for group Pilates and Cycling. All in all, this space was incredible, and cost effective. I paid less than $40 for the day for all three of us, which is about a quarter of what I have paid at other places for the day. Also to mention, the staff is very helpful, and pleasant!

My rating is for the Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Reserved seating with designated port-a-potties will require a ticket. Cold water is freely distributed here.. If you leave the area, you are instructed to take your ticket with you to re-enter the reserved seats. General admission areas are free with another set of port-a-potties. The grounds are expertly set up for this major event. Concessions are a fundraiser for the high school senior class trip.

I have been a long time customer of CSC, as I am a teenage athlete from a few towns over. This morning, I had a terrible encounter with a woman working at the front desk. After bringing up some pricing that an employee told me about a few weeks ago, I was rudely looked at and corrected. The conversation proceeded as though I was being looked down upon and not talked to as an adult. I then wanted to proceed to use the "gym" or as I was so unkindly corrected by this woman as the "fitness center". It seems like if you are not a rich local of Cooperstown who is above the age of 40, you will be treated as an incompetent child. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!

I just moved to this area. I am used to physical therapists who actually want to help you and who care if you are progressing. That is NOT the experience I had here. If you are disabled and need help to get into the facility they are “not allowed” to help you. The receptionist is extremely rude and refuses to cover her nose with her mask. All in all, for me, it was not a good experience. I will be looking for physical therapy elsewhere.

I can't really tell you much about the sports center just the HOF ceremony itself. Being there for David Ortiz induction was something I planned since 2016 when he retired. It was very hot but electric and amazing to see Big Papi and the others get enshrined. I was fortunate to watch him play, was there for his number retirement ceremony, really fortunate to actually meet Papi the next day (right place right time), now finally see him in person enshrined into imortality in Cooperstown baseball HOF. Thanks Papi!
