I have had to go to the collision shop on two occasions. Mark the manager is very accommodating. Honest with estimates and timely in delivery. The work done is superb, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for vehicle repair.

Service department is top notch! I took my beloved EV in for recall service, Andrew and his crew did a fine job especially when my car was the first to get the recall done at Kevin’s Royal Ford. They gave me a loaner and cleaned the interior and exterior.

My friend had an appt to get her car fixed and I took time off of work to get her there ......they kept her car all day and then text her mid-day that they haven't even started working on her cat yet! They asked to keep it longer and when she informed them they needed her car back for work they gave her a date a WHOLE 2 WEEKs away! Had to take more time to go her her car and the guy didn't even offer to compensate her for the extreme inconvenience. Lost a customer and I def would never take my car here after the rude treatment!

**HEED THIS WARNING**This is not a well-equipped shop to handle more complex jobs (simple accident but imported car). It took 4+ months to return my car. When I finally went to pick it up the serpentine belt failed and it was another several days. After that I returned twice to fix the air conditioning. They did lend me 2 service vehicles (the first quite literally fell apart, lost the muffler and sounded like a fire jet - local mechanic said he’d never seen such a badly rusted vehicle). It’s jarring that Ford would associate with such a mediocre body shop.

My senior citizen mom in law had been doing business with them for years. Not any longer. In spite of years of servicing her vehicle, they somehow missed a completely rusted out front sub frame. Any mechanic would have seen this. We were concerned that she had received previous repairs that were unneeded. This situation further drew our suspicions.They actually installed and then charged her with a different repair in spite of the corroded sub frame. Accompanying the bill for this “repair” they actually attached an estimate for the sub frame, stating that the car was unsafe to drive and would not pass inspection. Why charge her for work that was not necessary. This cost a retired customer on a fixed income $500. Shame. Shame. Shame. We are finished doing business here.

Kevin was beyond amazing! He sold my son and I a Ford Bronco & a Mini Cooper in 3 days time. His customer service was perfection! He offered to pick me up at Enterprise in Oneonta and personally drove me to Ford in Cooperstown to get my new Bronco. For my sons Mini Cooper, he came in on his day off and had the entire transaction done in less than 2 hrs… and had my son on the road with a smile on his face! Cooperstown Ford is an hour away from my home… but we’ll worth the drive!! So far I’m beyond Happy with my first ford!!!Thanks Kevin… YOU ROCK!
