Riverwood is a must for any pokemon player or collector, and we've already gained multiple new, really fun, non-pokemon related games since they moved to Ithaca, too. Thank you to Todd for being so welcoming!

Riverwood has gone down hill sadly. A place that used to be known for cool toys, Knick knacks and awesome geode soap, now sells Pokémon cards and random pieces of clothing. New ownership to blame?

The Riverwood DOES NOT PAY THE ARTISTS who's products they profit off of.We're a small, artist-run company called Cactus Club Paper Goods who create stickers and greeting cards of animals and plants we paint. At the beginning of 2022, Riverwood placed an order with us at a trade show under a net30 agreement (meaning they had 30 days to pay us for the wholesale products they bought). They took a receipt with our terms and conditions. It has now been over a year and we still haven't received payment. We have emailed, called, left voicemails, and used their live chat function on their website for over a year and were completely stone-walled. Last week, we finally got a response... They said they sold our products and didn't communicate or pay us because NYC has seized their assets. We felt bad for their situation so we offered a couple solutions to help them out, including waiving all their late fees. They told us to: "F*** off and get a life".And: "Great I'm done talking you you. Feel free to blast me out there and try to destroy another humans life. We will do the same to you."We don't understand the lack of professionalism and we still need them to pay us. They had every opportunity to return any products for a full refund (we'd even pay the shipping). We invested our time and money to create these products and we need stores to pay us to stay in business. We've been as kind as possible and have given them over a year to work with us, but they decided to be unprofessional and vulgar. Our company is only two people and this is our only livelihood. If they feel they can take advantage of us, I can't imagine who else they feel justified in taking advantage of. When you purchase a product at Riverwood, the artists and companies that made that product are seeing no money and Riverwood is keeping 100% of the profit. This is unethical and very wrong.

Riverwood is a fun little store with all kinds of awesome, fun, amazing toys. My grand- daughter was just amazed at all the different toys that they showed her! She could have stayed all day. I signed up for email updates and got a great discount. We can't wait to see the new things that will be going on!

A great place to shop for high quality products like Filson and Pendleton. The staff was so helpful advising me on their Filson products, I got to try on and feel the wool before buying. That's why I like buying from a retail store over online. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!!

Oh, yes. You can call in if it's the right time a d this and that and this and that -- blah blah blah. But after you spend a few .instead on the phone listening to them tell you how responsive they are and so on, what do you get? Nothing, zero, zilch, nada. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody calls you back. Thanks a lot.

I had questions about availability of sizes and used their text chat option through their website. They were responsive, helpful, and provided great customer service. After answering my question I placed an order and they texted me to let me know that my order was en route and provided me with the tracking number. It was a great overall experience!

One of my few favorite places. It's God's gift. I only wish we had the same in Southampton, New York. Thank you Clark family.

Great place to purchase local ... fun gifts, beautiful leather selection (thanks for recommending the travel bag for which I've been searching for several years!). The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Fun place to browse for a thank you gift or just a surprise for yourself. Will be stopping by every time we are in Cooperstown.

My husband and I hit the road early to wherever the 4runner brought us. Our goal was to go to 5 small Upstate NY businesses we have never been to and purchase something. This shop was a unique shop with a variety of things for anyone. Very kind staff as well. We ended up getting a Raindrop Damascus Steel pocket knife. Very please with our purchase! Everytime we come into Cooperstown, my daughter asks to stop at the FuN toystore, aka Riverwood. The staff greets you with a friendly "hello & welcome" when you walk through the door, and once you are inside no matter the age you will lose track of the time. There are so many fun and unique toys for everyone, and the staff will engage in a game or two with you, which my daughter loves the most. We always leave, a happy customer.

The staff is very friendly and kind...even with my family of eight kids, they made us feel welcome. They talk to my kids and encourage exploration and play and they have a great selection of uncommon and cool toys. If you're in Cooperstown, I can't recommend them highly enough!
