They are always sold out of everything. At all times, all the shelves are empty. Poor quality options, even if the shelves have inventory. Everything is expensive

Stop trying to sell your costumers rotted meat! Just because you mark it down doesn't make us want to buy your grey matter you call beef?

I am a long-time Price Chopper customer. I primarily shop at the Oneonta, NY store, and I always have a positive experience, even when they are busy. Unfortunately, the few times I've stopped in at the Cooperstown location, it has been very different for one reason or other.Today, only two registers open. I was patiently waiting on line (longer than usual) as the cashier took methodical and sluggish care of the customer in front of me. Another customer joined the line behind me, and suddenly, another employee appeared and ushered the customer behind me to a register that had just opened. One would think that quality customer service would take the next person on line that has been waiting an excessive amount of time!I will stick to Oneonta from now on. Very disappointing.

McDonald's Cooperstown-big mac ok but no whereas good as the whopper!door was locked at 5:54 pm due to "help issues" drive thru was open and ok.tip-mcdonalds and every other business including medical will have less help issues by treating their good employees as very important people.all have had some great employees that brought customers, patients back, but they left because they felt not appreciated, and valued. yes, part of that is money, but only part. locally and everywhere there are many very successful businesses and practices that do that and have far less turnover and "unforeseen circumstances". it is a heck of a lot cheaper short term and longterm to treat good employees right, including pay and hours. plus, good employees bring customers and patients back. replacements ofen hired in desperation to just fill a slot, might hurt business and bring the quality down. also good employees get burnt out constantly trying to cover for the no shows , bad attitudes, etc that cause many "unexpected situations."if any employer wants long term success, they must have employees that like their job enough to want to stay long term.short term it is easy to blame covid, can't get help, the economy orwhatever.in every business there are many successful examples of places with minimum help and staffing problems. they fortunately for them are often where the poorly treated people from the other places go, looking for recognition, pay and long term stability.

It's perfectly ok.The staff is a plusHas some surprising variety but occasionally runs out of things like dog food (I think it's at the end of someone's supply chain and subject to crazy swings in demand due to tourist economy).
