Recent special mentions for current Mgr Mary, Ast Kim, cashier Anneth and yesterday's cashier that I did not get her name yet.
Each of the above is always professional, friendly helpful and does their job well.

Went there to cash a government check from SSI was told no because i didnt have account with them any longer. That in its self is a long story. As well as the other person was not there who name is on the check. But the check is mine. I kept repeating but its a government check. I i say no then its no. Im reporting you i said. Sge said go a head. I did to the treasure department in Washington DC. Done with this whole bank.
That go by there own rules not by government or federal laws.

Waited in the drive through for $20 cash because their ATM was out of service. Teller then took 10 minutes to give me cash after giving her my withdrawal slip.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.
