Was looking at a property. Was told very urgently that the sellers would be happy to owner finance. Wasted pretty much 2 days of my time looking at the property, signing papers, and transferring money for all the closing costs and escrow costs and then get a call at 1030am 2 days later saying they changed their mind? Thanks for wasting 2 days of my time for nothing. I couldve been looking for other properties. I got all hyped up about the propety signed the papers now nothing to show for it. Not even an apology. Not sure what im going to say to the contractors i had lined up for the property i was PROMISED. Thanks John Mitchell. Fantastic. Very PROFESSIONAL.

We worked with Madeline And she was the BOMB!!!!! I’m writing this from my comfy 1902 farmhouse that Madeline helped us find and purchase....after five separate trips up to the Catskills from Long Island WITH our two children in tow. Madeline is friendly super knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying...and she was just amazing! I wish I was buying more homes so I could work with her again. Made our entire process fun and worthwhile.

Knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. You feel like you're already home just by visiting their office. They know the area and market well and are very helpful with any questions.
