DO NOT MISS THE TOUR OF THEIR FACTORY!! Very small, quaint place with very friendly staff that will show you every step of the process. Great quality bats for decoration or game use. Very reasonable prices and shipping costs.

My family and I just returned from a bucket list trip to Cooperstown we were extremely pleased with not only the company shop customer service but also the factory just outside of town. Super friendly staff that showed us how the bats were made from start to finish. What an experience! Love our personalized bats and gear we purchased - best deal in town! We stopped here on our way into Cooperstown and it was worth a stop. The staff were super friendly and gave a demonstration on how they make their wood bats. It's really interesting and gave me a deeper appreciation of baseball and just how important a bat really is. Fascinating to learn that about 35 major league plays use their bats as well as Brigham Young University. They are one of a number of bat makers in the US, but for a really small outfit, they rank among the best makers right along with the bigger names. Worth a stop and we purchased a bat bottle opener made there!

We ordered our bat on our last day in Cooperstown, following my son Ian's tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The guy who helped us was really good and located our team's logo. We paid for the bat and were on our way. Just today we received the bat. It looks fantastic! These guys did a great job. Thank you so much!!

The customer service at Cooperstown Baseball Bats was fantastic. Sawyer helped us today, and he made the shopping experience fun and pain-free. It’s clear Sawyer knows Cooperstown Baseball Bats products well and he also knows baseball. With his expert help, we were able to knock out six holiday gifts in one shop. He helped me avoid buying the wrong product and size TWICE, and he helped us create a beautiful custom bat. I know you can get other bats personalized in town, but I highly doubt you’ll receive the same customer service. Thanks, Sawyer.

Fantastic customer service. We (the customer) made a design mistake for this "deal toy" and Cooperstown Bat went above and beyond to produce and ship a replacement in time for a closing!

Visited factory first with my wife (she surprised me with a tour) and then had a bat made to commemorate our visit at their store on Main St.It’s my second bat (first was an autographed player stat bat) and both a great.Great quality and service.
