For decades staff is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Scrips ordered are ALWAYS ready on time and correct.It is nice in this day and age to go to any retail establishment and be treated as a valued person, unlike MOST chains that don’t know you, can’t keep the same help and have lost personal service..

A great independent pharmacy with kind and caring employees!If you need a pharmacy while visiting Cooperstown, this is the spot. Pharmacist and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are longtime locals and can help you find the right Dr, Dentist, or dining establishment.Another reason to visit Church & Scott is their prescription prices are 50-75% less than the CVS down the street.

Nonstop issues with prescriptions in the last 3 months probably had 5 issues. Make u wait till every last day your medication was prescribed for before you can pick it up. Not like other pharmacies where u can grab it 2 days early. My dr prescribed me enough medication to time it so I could start picking up both prescriptions at the same time. I picked up my other medication 2 days ago yet they tell me I still have to wait another day. There's been several times where I've had to wait 31 days on a 30 day prescription these people count the minutes from when u picked up your last prescription rather than going by the dates they were prescribed. Not sure if they realize ppl have jobs. Your jobs not hard fill the prescription the drs write when they write it.
