Beautiful setting with all the amenities you can ask for. Views, fire pit, pool, hot tub, tether ball and ample room to run around and play. Very warm and helpful staff.

We stayed as a family of four for a long weekend. The property was beautiful and all too the staff was accommodating and helpful. It’s about 5-10 outside of downtown Cooperstown which was great.
Rooms: Quaint room with all the amenities we needed!
Nearby activities: Downtown Cooperstown 5-10 minutes away; close to Cooperstown Brewing and Ommnegang Brewing.

Rooms are large with comfy beds. Fantastic view of the area as fall foliage was present. Large fire pit, heated pool and hot tub outside. Relaxing on your private balcony enjoying the view is a great way to wind downNearby activities: Baseball hall of Fame, wineries, breweries, shopping, and dining in Cooperstown. Fly Creek Cidermill is a must. Very friendly staff in all of our stops.Noteworthy details: It's up on a hill so if you go in winter I would have a vehicle that will manage that.

We stayed at the August Lodge the weekend of our wedding. Our venue was less than 10 minutes away, so it was extremely convenient for us. We worked with Katie to create a wedding block for our guests, who was lovely! She answered all of our questions and was easy to get in touch with. You cannot beat the view from the lodge, and how spacious the rooms are.

This place definitely needs some updating. Some of the rooms had a musty odor and did not seem to be much care taken into its upkeep. The location is beautiful and the fireplace/bbq setup outside was great. The pool and hot tub was also enjoyed by some of the kids in our party. However, definitely overpriced for what you get.

We stayed at August Lodge for our wedding a few weeks ago. Our wedding party and a few other guests also stayed at the lodge. The lodge is very picturesque and has a lot of very nice amenities, including balconies, kitchenettes, and spacious rooms. I also liked the fact that there was a firepit on site, though we found the fireplace in the lobby was a very cozy place to gather the night before our wedding. The staff members at the lodge were also very accommodating, letting us check in earlier than expected, and making sure there was always someone available to assist us if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend August Lodge to anyone looking to visit Cooperstown!

It was so nice and peaceful I stayed a extra day. Well needed time away. and the staff are amazing too. Nice Fire Fighter Manager I related to the facility alot. Doors were neat. Very clean. Landscaping awesome!

Great location, staff was very helpful with all our requests. Room was comfortable and clean. Perfect location for Dreams Park and short drive to downtown. Peaceful and quiet with amazing views.

Place is great, they advertise breakfast hmm there were just energy bars, juice, and coffee that's all. Otherwise we really liked it. Location is beautiful very picturesque
