I frequently use the UPS store in Congers. The employees are very patient, kind and professional. Shipping or buying their mailing supplies is always an easy experience and I prefer it to the post office. They move the line very quickly, if there even is one , and they explain all the options for shipping very well.

This location vs the one in nanuet are like two different companies
The one in nanuet they either hate their job or hate people or both, while this location is seamless and great customer service

Quick, fast and friendly service. I shop a lot online and usually have to return Amazon items. I love that it’s free through the UPS store and I don’t necessarily have to wrap my item (although I usually put it back in an Amazon box or bag). Quick, easy scanning of the QR code. There is never a line, I’m in and out. Very reliable.
