I visited Umberto earlier yesterday to check out my catalytic converter. He was so nice as to put my car up on the left and give me some advice. The atmosphere of the shop what's kind and receptive. I'll be bringing my vehicle there to have the catalytic converter and/or oxygen sensors check the more detail in the future. Very honest and well worth the visit if you are having automobile problems. Once again, Umberto and his mechanic work congenial, patient, and knowledgeable.

Where do I start …Alex and his staff is extremely knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with…does not give you the typical mechanic arrogant vibe that most mechanics give you….Alex goes over and beyond and treats you with respect and courtesy you would like from any service garage …Alex at Tikal auto mechanic is grade A++ glad he is in my town!
