“My store closed permanently and we needed to move some fixtures from our store to another store and also dispose of some fixtures and hardware and these guys arrived on time and proceeded to do exactly what we needed them to do quick and efficient also after they left we realized we forgot to have them take a few more fixtures and called their office which without question called them to see if they were still close and since they were only 30 minutes away they came back with the same smiling personalities and took what we forgot to give them with any sense of frustration which I take as an amazing sign of awesome customer service. It was myself with 8 of their amazing men, which included Marty, Zack & his brother Mike, that felt like part of my own family by the time this move was completed! It was a very emotional emergency move for me, so I needed them to pack EVERYTHING I owned, and then move it all to storage units. A month later, they moved my belongings from storage to my new home. They had packed and moved my China, Waterford Crystal and a very old Grandfather Clock amongst other antique furniture! NOT ONE item or piece of furniture was broken or even scratched! It does seem like the facility is actually "staffed" but if you wait long enough you'll find a driver dropping off and/or picking up a Pod for a delivery. They can help. But the door that says "open 9-5" is permanently locked.”

“I have spoken to a lot of moving company to get price quotes on our move from San Diego, CA to Parsippany, NJ. My husband and I were very nervous because we have heard a lot of horror stories about movers... From the time we got on the phone with Coast to Coast, they were very helpful and answered our all our concerns. We must have called them every day to answer any questions we had. When the Move day came, they arrived on time, with 5 men to load, wrap and carry our stuff. They were very professional and polite. We paid a little more than what we were originally quoted for which is fine because I had more boxes and other furnitures that I forgot to mention. When we got our stuff back, I expected to have atleast a few broken furnitures or damaged stuff, but this was not the case!!! We are very happy with their service and I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an excellent service!”
