“I was driving on 303 in a brand new $120,000 BMW and had apparently ran over a humungous bolt. I felt the car losing air like crazy and was able to somehow pull into the station. A man was there with his son at closing and saw I was desperate and plugged my tire after removing the giant bolt. He’s stayed happily and didn’t send me away, he literally saved me that night because nothing else was open. I’m so thankful to have this shop in my own town and I’ll use them again anytime I ever have a problem.”

They don’t try to up sell me, instead the educate me on why I DIDN’T need the part now so I know what to look out for when I eventually did. They are great to deal with and super patient with me. I could tell something changed with the new owner because all kinds of fancy new a beautiful old cars (plus regular ones like mine) started showing up on the lifts. The mechanics can do anything.
