Would leave zero stars if I could. Came and discussed work to be done, painting of a body kit (all parts provided)on a motorcycle , work to be done was discussed in detail. Was given a time frame of 3-4 weeks and quote of $4,000. Left the bike and parts that day. Called after 4 weeks when we heard nothing. Called for updates and was told numerous times the owner would call back and received no communication... this went on for weeks. Finally was told it would be another month. After another month the bike was finally "done". Was told the price was now $11,000. What?! This place is a scam. Also only accepts cash. Very shady business practices, owner never picks up the phone and no one else ever knows what's going on here. Big waste of time and money. The job wasnt even completed!

Make sure you see Frank! Totally hooked me up. My son did a lazy park ignoring all warnings beeps and buzzes on my 2019 BWW 540i. He kissed the parking a column. Yellow paint on my car and a bunch of scrape. Gave me an amazing deal and also took off the yellow paint as well as touched up the scratch all for free! Old school service! Highest of recommendations!

This is the second time I had my car repaired by FZ. Frank and his staff are professional and caring. I was putting off getting the work done. Frank made it super easy to get the car rental and deal with my insurance company. It was what made me go ahead with the repair right then and there. They also did a thorough check on my car to make sure it was safe once the repair was complete. Want a shop you can trust? I highly recommend FZ Perfection. Took my car to FZ Perfection for repair. Had a lot of damage, my front end was totally damaged. They worked directly with my insurance co. I must tell you all that when I picked up my car it looked like showroom new! FZ Perfection are very professional to work with and took care of every detail. I recommend them for all collision work.
