Congers Wine & Liquors gave me extra special service. I live in NC and needed a bottle of liquor delivered in New City. When I called them, I spoke to Mike who took the time to listen to my needs, was extremely gracious, professional, and took care of everything for me - the bottle, the wrapping, the note to go with it, as well as the delivery. Everything was done on time, as promised, and Mike kept me appraised every step of the way - he is the personification of customer service! This was not a large order; nor probably a very profitable one for the store; but they treated me as if I had ordered several cases of expensive liquor and for that they deserve kudos. While I'll probably not be a frequent customer as I am hundreds of miles away from the store, I hope this review finds an audience near to Congers that will read it and give them a chance to serve their needs. I recommend them (especially Mike) highly and thank them for taking care of my order is such a wonderful manner.
