I strongly do not recommend using this company.They came out to my home in new city this morning to jump start my GMC pickup. The person that came out wasn’t able to jump the truck and they still charged me for the service. The money isn’t the problem, but it’s the principle. You didn’t perform so why should you get paid? Cheers and good luck.

They were great from the first call I made to them. They came to the location where my car broke down. Had to get towed to the dealership. Was nice and helpful. ??

One of my trucks broke down labor day Sunday, I called CC, these guys were there in 10 minutes, supervisor Chris and flat bed operator were professional and respectful, handled my truck like a Ferrari, thank you guys so much

If they had negative stars that's what I would select. Needed a Tow and they told me one price and when we got to location the price was more than double! blaming it on wait time that was out of my control due to traffic.. Do yourself a favor and find a more trust worthy company. Because these people are scammers!

AMAZING !!! My car was vandalized and I was devasted. The staff is extremely efficient, estimates done as soon as possible. My repairs came out so well I felt like the trauma of the vandalism never happened! Great company, great people and I highly recommend them

On 3/18/22 my Honda Accord at 177k Miles had come in to have a right wheel Ball Joint, Link, and Axel replacement for $500 altogether (parts/labor). On 4/19/23 at 185k miles only 8k miles later, the ball joint came out, ripped the axel. When I contacted congers collision I was told labor is not under warranty and only the part would be. Additionally, since this occured while I was in NJ, my only option would be towing my car to Conger's Collision for their faulty work at my own expense. Then, if they were willing to take any responsibility after looking at the car (made it sound impossible for them to admit to anything being wrong on their end) they would only offer the part for free. Labor and Towing would still be on me. When the accident happened AAA took my car to a Auto Mechanic in Jersey City. I received a call right away that it was the ball joint and axel. They saw my invoice from Congers Collision in the car and said there is no way this should have happened. Congers gave me the runaround and won't do anything about it. I will not be trusting them again with any work on my car. No accountability.

can not say enough, I first used them for a spray liner on My truck Great job and then Helped when my motor blew up , Runs better than ever the entire staff is great. Just had a new stereo installed happy as can be did a really clean job, any car truck and or motorized vehicle trouble just go there and relax.

Used their AAA battery service today. They got here quickly. Nick was super friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed my issue and replaced my battery in about 15 minutes. He made sure that I didn't need anything else or if had any questions. Great job!
