The people working here are super friendly and helpful.I needed to get some plywood for a DIY project and had 0 clue as to the differences between the different types. I called them up and told the employee that picked up what I was looking to build - he took the time to explain what would be best for my setup as well as why.Also I ended up doing delivery since I couldn't fit the plywood in my SUV. There was a mix up with the address (my fault for not double checking paperwork). Thankfully, instead of just going back to the store, they kept calling me until they were finally able to reach me (because of course my phone was on silent - I only happened to see my phone on their fourth attempt). The driver/delivery person was also very friendly (do you see a theme here with friendly employees :) - he unloaded the plywood to where I asked for it to be placed.Pricing is also at least on par, if not better, than what you would find at the "big name" brands.Between the great pricing and excellent customer service, I will definitely come back here for any future lumber needs.

I wanted to build a bookcase fixed onto my wall and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in with an idea and some measurements and BOOM this guy Sean (I think that's his name) helped my plan the thing out, choose the wood, show where to cut., Etc. I had the thing built by the end of the day.

This is the spot to go to for any home projects you're working on. The staff are always super helpful. Way better than going to one of the big chain stores. They've helped me with a number of projects including putting flooring down in my attic. They recommended a certain plywood and cut it to meet my attics dimensions. Everything fit great. I also had an issue with my washing machine. I brought the part in and the staff was able to remedy the issue for about $15. It would have cost me hundreds if I had a repairman come fix it.

I been to this store before today and the staff has never been very helpful, but I knew what I was looking for and didn't really need help, although I think you should be asked that when you enter. Today I needed help and when entering I was not greeted in anyway, so I looked around, couldn't find the item I wanted, and went to look for help. I found an employee showed him the item I was looking for ( I had a broken one and was hoping to match it) and although he didn't seem to be with a customer, he just gave me directions to aisle it was in. I couldn't find the item and after a few minutes, the same employee looked down the aisle and shouted, "If you're looking for sets, try two aisles over behind the spray paint." I said that I wasn't and thought he would come and try to help, but when I looked up the aisle again, he was gone. So I left.

Went to the location in Haverstraw the staff their was helpful and appear to love their job.Someone was able to help you with every question. Shout out to the young man behind the counter. My daughter who is 14.wanted to work their. I like Home depot but Iove this store
