I highly recommend AF Supply. Jennifer, account manager, has been both knowledgeable and very helpful. I love the bathroom fixtures she helped me select that was within my budget.

My plumber sent me here to pick up a new toilet went into the supply house side and met Mike who was great and nice and pleasant I gave him my credit card was in middle of sale. Then the most rude obnoxious sales women from the other side of showroom store practically knocks me out of the way and puts her bill over mine. Really this is how you treat a customer. What because I may be just a worker getting supplies I don't mean anything. For your information I'm in the middle of renovating my bathroom and kitchen and will need all new supplies and lay out. Guess what your the last company I will be using or purchasing from . Also your the most rude women I ever met. .....

Jennifer is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. I worked with her on my entire house from large items in the kitchen and bathrooms, to small things like towel bars and she was amazing!!!!

AF Plumbing has high quality products and all the latest styles. Best of all Jennifer their sales rep is exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful. In renovating three bathrooms and a kitchen, she has done everything to make our renovation as easy as possible, including measuring and chasing down hard to find products. This is the second time we have used AF Plumbing.

the sign on the door said they were open monday (the day i went) until 5:00pm. I went by at around 2:30pm, but the doors were locked. there were cars in the parking lot, but no one was around. i thought maybe everyone was on a late lunch, so i went back at around 3:45pm. this time, there were fewer cars in the parking lot and the place was still locked. oh well. i looked elsewhere....

I highly recommend AF Rockland Plumbing Supply. I walked in with pictures of what I currently have in my bathroom and Jennifer took the time to find a beautiful replacement. She was extremely helpful, knowlegable and patient. This was my first time visiting the store, but it won't be my last.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I'm sure the people at the showroom are wonderful, but this company does not care about online customer service. Waited an extra week for delivery and "customer service" rep said I had to find my $1100 item myself via ups tracking! She couldn't say when/if it would show up and she was "closing for the weekend". Not necessarily a person at this location, to my knowledge, but it *is* this company's online ordering department. NEVER ORDER!! Total disaster and a very unprofessional response to a fairly simple customer issue of 'where is my order'! A business cant take payment, NOT deliver and then wash your hands of it.
