I was your customer. I did give your company a chance and we were disappointed by JJM Roofing.
I've read all the reviews for JJM before calling them to gut my roof and install new gutters. I was looking forward to have them work on my house. After they completed the roof, I was left wondering if it was the same company with the 4.9 stars. First of all, make sure you check their work before they leave. The foreman and his roofing crew left my roof not in the best shape. I had to call them to return to repair a few things. They did return to fix them, but it was an ok job. It still looked unprofessional. I am envious of their other customers roofs. I would've given JJM 2 stars, but gave them 3 stars instead because the other crew did a great job installing new gutters for my house.

The crew operated like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. Quality craftsmanship, respectful to me, my home and my property. Cleaned up every scrap before they left. Very good job!

Hired these guys to do a job and boy did they. I needed multiple roof replacements, 1 pitched, 1 flat and throw in new 6 inch gutters. JJM Roofing specializes in all these areas and it was nice to have a local company do the work. Josh runs a great company and has amazing workers. I was very happy with the process from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

JJM Roofing & Seamless Gutters did an amazing job with a new roof replacement for me in just 1 day! I initially was about 2 weeks out from being scheduled but to a great suprise, they showed up just 2 days after checking in. The crew worked very hard, were all respectful and cleaned up perfectly. JJM is reasonably priced and takes pride in their work. The quality and care from this crew is outstanding. We love how our new roof came out! Josh and Jim at JJM easily just gained another happy client :)

Excellent communication and great service. Our new roof looks amazing and they were very courteous of the property and did a fantastic job of cleaning up! Would definitely recommend this company to do roofing for our friends and family.

JJM Roofing has always done right by us. They came quickly and installed our gutters in an emergency and also came out quickly another time to check our roof. They are honest and do great work. I would definitely recommend them.

JJM just completed installing a new roof and gutters for our home in Spencerport. They did an incredible job. All the workers were friendly, professional, competent, and hard-working. They made all their deadlines and were sure to do a complete inspection after each phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Greater Rochester area. Great service ! The wind blew half my roof off, they were there with in a couple hours tarping my roof in a rain storm. They replaced the roof in less than a day !

I would highly recommend JJM roofing. They did a great job putting a metal roof and gutters on our house. The crew were all very polite and answered any questions that we had. No more worries about shingles blowing off with the high winds!
