I locked myself out of my car in Honeoye on a Saturday morning. After calling around and getting nowhere I contacted Glenn who was very courteous and quick to arrive. He got me back into my car and on the road in no time. Thanks you so much for your help and professionalism!

Called for a combination quote on a new safe. I had all the paperwork and combination. He quoted me twice as much as the safe is worth and said throw it out. This is a $400 gun safe that had a slipped combination gear. He made it seem like he had little experience in combination locks and wanted to price himself out to avoid admittance in the fact, when all he had to say is this was not his locksmithing expertise. Very poor reaction.

Glenn really knows his stuff! Not only was he able to quickly extract a broken key from a residential lock, but on his recommendation the old, inferior cylinder was swapped out for a stronger, newer one and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Glenn!
