I brought my daughter there for our first time today and she had such a great time. There was so much for her to do and by the the of the day she was absolutely exhausted. She even asked me if we could have her birthday party there this year. One way or another we'll definitely be back again.

We held our daughter’s birthday party here and we were underwhelmed to say the least. My wife booked the party here due to kids go-karts during the winter. When we arrived the go-karts evidently were not working.The facility is on the smaller side and the kids ran out of things to do quickly. The manager tried to make it right by giving us tickets to come back for the go-karts but nobody wants to return.While there was a small attempt to appease us I’d rather them provide us a small discount from the paid party.Our “party leader “ was a nice kid who frequently apologized and was tipped well for doing all he could to salvage the day.

Terrible! Our party was nothing but a disaster. Fire alarm kept on being set off and all guest had to be evacuated in the pouring rain. Happen 3 times! The fog machine in the laser tag room kept setting off the alarm. We were 45min into the party and the kids had done NOTHING other than spend the $6 card in 3 min. Manager was nice and looked extremely overwhelmed (also was my party host). I had to keep on looking for him, he was always busy dealing with other stuff and not attentive to my party. After complaining he agree to add more money to the kids cards so they could do something. Food arrived so the kids got called in to eat (no playtime as of yet) it was agreed they would do it after food. By which some parents had gotten frustrated and left. Kids played like 10min of laser tag and were allowed to stay in the playroom longer (half the party was gone by then). To top it off it was pouring so I asked for a bag for the gifts. I was given a black garbage bag, doing several trips to the car. Came back and the bag was gone, they had thrown the bag by mistake in the garbage after I told the worker I would be back to pick it up and bring to the car. Horrible experience!

Review Title: Disappointing Experience at XploreI recently visited Xplore, drawn in by the allure of their vibrant claw machines, which seemed to promise a fun and rewarding time. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but. Despite the machines being filled with an enticing array of prizes, it became apparent rather quickly that winning was nearly impossible.The claw machines at Xplore are misleading. The claws themselves are so weak that they can barely lift a feather, let alone the stuffed animals and other prizes they're supposed to grab. I spent a considerable amount of money, trying different machines and strategies, only to realize that the game was rigged against me from the start. The claws would tantalizingly close around a prize, lifting it slightly, only to drop it just before reaching the chute, every single time.However, this wasn't about chance; it was about machines that are purposefully set up for failure, presumably to keep people spending without any real hope of winning.The ambiance of Xplore might be appealing, with its flashy lights and energetic music, but don't be fooled. The attraction—the claw machines—are a letdown. It's one thing to enjoy a challenging game, but it's another to participate in one where the odds are so heavily stacked against you that success is virtually unattainable.In conclusion, if you're looking for a fun and fair gaming experience, I'd recommend steering clear of Xplore. There are plenty of other entertainment venues where your time and money will be better spent. The only prize I left with was the lesson that not all games are played on a level playing field.

My son had a great time! He's 4 and he really enjoyed the laser tag, the go-karts which are made for smaller kids and the open play area. The place was well kept and I would say one of the more cleaner ones I've been to. But restrooms were ok. Not gross but just not that well kept. but it is a minor thing to overall.

Love this venue. The laser tag kept my kids busy and sweaty the whole time! Great place to spend a few hours to get away from the boring day to day stuff.

The staff was really friendly and efficient. Was very clean, even the bathrooms(which is hard to do in a place that caters to small children!) Gave 4 stars because the parking was difficult in the second lot.

I visited today with my family and Val, James and Juliana were extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. The kids loved every minute of being there and the experience was enhanced for me because of the very professional staff. Those three made the day super easy for me and I am appreciative!

Great place. Staff was sanitizing as my kids were playing. Even better once they are in the main play room, there is only one door in and out. So if you end up like me and have 2+ kids and only 2 eyes, that helps alot.

I hosted my son's bday party and I'm glad my family is very easygoing because this place is a mess. I booked a 2:30 party and was told 90 minutes was enough time for two private games of laser tag, glow karts and cake. Once I got there the room wasn't set up and right away I was was told my party wouldn't get to go on glow karts until 5pm. I made it clear when I booked that I had plans to leave between 4 or 4:30 and they reassured me it was enough time. They suggest I drop the glow karts off my package as if I'd be OK with that after promising my son and the kids about glow karts I told them to figure it out and make it work. They really didn't give a hoot to adjust and make up for their mix-up. I confirmed everything on the phone three times before showing up and when I got there nothing was set up, the host was giving away the arcade cards to random kids that weren't part of my party. I had to chase him down to ask for cards since kids were waiting to play video games while waiting for laser games. A waste of time! He should've handed them to me. And again, I spoke with events person to add money onto each card, they had it right on the invoice but gave me regular cards with $8, I had to spend 15 minutes of the party confirming this and fixing the invoice. It was all very rushed, I barely got to enjoy anything with my son. I only enjoyed about 5 minutes of laser tag because I was chasing down staff for napkins, for arcade cards, for laser tag, for glow kart tickets. Its insane, if I paid for the package I should've been handed all of my tickets as soon as I checked in and the room should've been ready. My family had to help me set up, and watch me run around, I barely had a chance to properly greet everyone and on top of that they request a tip after I did all the work. They have 6 glow karts but only 4 work, there is absolute no organization whatsoever. The kids running the glow karts had no idea what they were doing nor did they give me a minute to team up the smaller kids and the bigger kids, they didn't care about any details, they just focus on getting it over with. They couldn't give my som the chance to go first being the birthday boy, like seriously wtf. I was really disappointed because the place has potential if the staff actually cared to pay attention to details. I was happy to be leave and get out of there. I'm glad my son didn't realize anything and got to do what he wanted but he was rushed. I'm glad I had his after party to make up for that hot mess of a place. Would definitely not recommend.

Great laser tag arena. All around good experience for the kids. I would give it 4 1/2 stars. It's a bit pricey but so is everything else now.
