Excellent service. Not only was it done with a smile but all of my options, products as well as discounts were laid out clearly before me. This is the store in Commack New York, near the Premier Diner. I have to say that at this particular store I get excellent service at when I am in this area.

Tom was an amazing help. Not only was he one of the best sales men I have ever seen and he is so young but he was very personable and helped me more then anyone at a Verizon store ever has. He lowerred my bill the best he could. And sold me my husbands phone which he loves ! If you ever need help at Verizon go to this Verizon store in Commack and ask for Tom!

Tom was very patient during the process of transferring my old phone line to Verizon. He was very informative to me about the different plans that Verizon has to offer. Tom description of the process was well detailed to the point I understand what he was trying to say. Switching the phone line with him didn’t take as long as I thought it would. At the end of the process I left there with my brand new iPhone with no headaches.Very Good Job Tom.
