So The USPS itself well they can use a major change but the open at the local post office great.....

Terrible customer service. Especially the white lady(second from the right as soon as you enter), I intercepted a package to be sent here. She kept arguing to go to a different post office. Needs training. Doesn't know what USPS package intercept is. I so want Amazon to buy USPS so I can die in peace

It’s very frustrating that they have this as “24 hour self service” but it’s locked. Please change this so people don’t waste their time going and all the doors are locked.

The mailboxes are too small even for a very small package now so I had to drive to a physical location where the parking was very spread out and sparse.

Great experience in getting the chance to mail a Package to a loved one. Would use them over and over again. However the Automated system does not recognize certain commands to allow me to speak to someone about prices for mailing a package.

Went around 730pm, to use the 24/7 self kiosk. The lobby was locked. Just as I was about to leave someone came to check their PO Box so I was let in. However, the kiosk was not working. The screen has the words “touch to start”, but after repeatedly touching the screen nothing happened. How can you advertising 24/7 when the lobby is locked and the kiosk does not even work

Just went to drop off a package to send back with the label and packaging provided by the company. The woman behind the counter told me that my return label was unable to be scanned. I told her that I have never heard of such an issue and left. I went to the post office in Nesconset and the same package, with the same label, scanned without a problem. I will no longer be returning to the Commack post office.

USPS is horrible, every time they handle my mail it ends up going back and forth from out for delivery and then back to the distribution facility for almost a week or more. I dont understand what they do here, but im hoping they get phased out by private mailing companies who actually know what theyre doing
