“Happy 2024. I visited New Gen Auto in July 2023. I went to several car lots and came across this one. I met with John. I found him very customer friendly, patient and honest. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape from him August 1, 2023. In addition, I purchase an extended warranty. John was great throughout the whole transaction. I waited to submit my review because I just wanted to see how things would go with the vehicle going forward. It's Jan 15, 2024 its almost 6 months since I had the vehicle and ALL is going very WELL.
