Recently purchased a mountain bike here for my 11 year old. Absolutely well built and shifts flawless. Went for hydraulic brake over discs setup stops like a sports car.First time here and the sales dept and the services dept went above and beyond with info and prep of bike prior to delivery. Highly recommend.

Bike Cave to the rescue! Super thankful that they fixed my bike and got me back on the road the same day. Friendly and knowledgeable people and good prices. Also a cool selection of new bikes on display if you’re in the market for one. Highly recommend the place for those who live in the area.

ZERO STARS!!! Went in to get my son an SE bike. I asked nicely multiple times not to be shown pink bikes. The salesperson (twenty something year old) just ignored me as though I wasn't there and kept showing my son pink bikes. Saying its what he wants that matters. Yes, I want my son to be happy but he doesn't want that and as his mother I spoke up. The guy was so rude! I left since as a paying customer I expect to treated with respect. Luckily I live in NY and there are plenty of bikes nearby that will gladly take my money and respect our wishes. Went elsewhere and my son bought the SE bike he wants and has saved for. I am planning to tell everyone I know how rude this salesperson was. Bike Caves main competitor on Long Island was a pure delight to deal with.

What an amazing bike shop I went there last night and the salesman was a delight to deal with he took very could care of us and made sure that even though the bike I had originally wanted was sold out and would never be produced again we took a bike they had in store and fully customized it to my liking. Highly recommend this place for any and all your bicycle needs. John and the crew are the best!!

This was my first time there and it was a great experience. My bike needed work and I was due to go on vacation ,bringing my bike and they did all the work within 24 hours. Very nice polite people. Will definitely be my go to place

I went to the BikeCave looking for an SE bike for my son. I couldn’t believe the selection they had in stock! SE bikes we had never seen before! The staff was professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you Mike and Jared for all your help and for hooking me up with an unbeatable deal. Now I know why it’s called the World Famous BikeCave.

Halfway through a 50 mile bike ride, I got a flat tire and waited for the store to open on Sunday. John arrived a bit early to open the store, got my bike fixed and I was back on the road in fifteen minutes. Thank John! Great store and great customer service!

Everyone in this joint is top notch. Whatever bike your looking for they either have or can have within days. Dude John is solid. They came in clutch on a Miami ripper for my son for his birthday they worked with me and leveled with me every step of the way. They got it just like the told me they would and put a huge smile on my boys face. Biggest se dealer on long Island. Even better people from long island inside. Won't ever buy a bike anywhere else God bless keep doing big things.

Went here with my brother to get a part for a bike. The staff was incredibly rude, told me they couldn’t help me even though I had the make, model and even the actual parts. Didn’t even try to help me.

Very rude owner. Showed up today on Monday because their website said they were open from 12pm to 5pm. After calling several times with no answer, we decided to show up. Front sign said they were open but front door was locked. No answer. Several people were there wondering what the deal was. Turns out the owner was downstairs in a music studio and when he finally came out he was rude and obnoxious to his customers. Do NOT give this guy your business, because he doesn't deserve it.
