I met Rick at the Bild expo I told him what was going on with my lens and how I love the lens but it had an issue with it, I brought it in to this office after he told me to come in he checked it out and in 15 mins of waiting Rick came back and gave me another lens and took care of me now I have a working lens and I’m freaking excited great service highly recommended! Thanks my man !

Spoke to Mary Mannix at Procam photo Aurura. Fantastic person and very knowledgeable about Tamron lenses. I would highly if you are a photographer to use Tamron glass.

They have significantly improved their lens quality. I purchased the 17 to 50 mm 2.8 and use it in my canon 80d. Brought tamron 35mm 1.8 vc and 45mm 1.8 vc lens in past year. They are awesome on my 6d. Fast auto focus, weather sealed at a better price point than canon L and both are smaller, faster and better value than sigma art lens

Tamron lenses are truly impressive. Their new releases over the past 5-7 years will blow you away if you haven't tried them in a while. Sharp, clear, excellent technology, image stabilization that is INCREDIBLE, and so much more..... and they truly CARE about photographers. I've experienced this first-hand many times. The people behind the product are truly good people. I'm proud to shoot Tamron and LOVE the resulting images!

Just received my 150-600 A011 lens back from repair. It's absolutely spotless! Not only did the AF get repaired as that was the reason for sending it in, they disassembled the lens, cleaned what little dust was in it and even got a small smudge off the last element. It hadn't affected image quality but shows they take pride in their work. All done within their 3 business day target. Can't wait to get back out shooting with the lens. This is why you buy from quality companies.

Purchased a 150-600 G2 super telephoto on Amazon. Tested the lens after receipt and it has several defects, least of which it can't focus on the subject at 600mm. Software tests revealed serious astigmatism. Contacted Tamron Customer service, was told to complete online warranty request form. It asks to describe IN DETAIL the problem but cuts you off at about 200 characters. ??? Then Tamron does not include paid return shipping for warranty work. With proper insurance I just spent $63 out of pocket to have defective product repaired. I'm not a happy camper.
