My experience here made me confident that there are people who care about my pain and discomfort in the medical field I have terrible fibromyalgia and chronic pain blood work can leave me in discomfort for weeks if too rough. Ms.Lorella heard me and saw my anxiousness from prior experiences at other locations and talked to me through my bloodwork as well as reassured me to come back to that location so I could be more comfortable with the process and she expressed that no one deserves to feel unheard and mishandled as a patient.she handled my blood work with such ease I didn’t even notice she finished no pain at all! I get a lot of blood work and I’m so relieved to have found this location and will be going back for all of my labs such compassion and patience thank you so much!

I went to Quest and Labcorp first. Both had extremely long wait times and very tiny waiting rooms that just looked dirty. Sunrise had no wait, clean and spacious waiting area AND friendly staff members greeting patients. I had such a great experience, and even told the woman taking my blood that it was the best blood work experience I’ve ever had. I really mean that. Definitely will be back in the future!

I had to get blood work done and went to two different labs before this one (Quest and Labcorp) the wait time was 2 hours+ for walk-ins and that was IF they had time after the appointments. I immediately left and found this place and the reviews were not wrong. Alisha was very sweet and welcoming, got all my tests done swiftly and made sure I had everything I needed for the next visit. Her blood drawing technique was also smooth and painless. Definitely coming here for future visits.

The building and office was very big, spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly as well as helpful. Also, when I left my bag in the waiting room, it was left untouched where none of their clients walked away with it while they were in the waiting room when I wasn't present at the time the bag was there.

When it comes to needles I hate having my blood drawn. I went to sunrise, while in the room the tech greeted me & saw I was anxious. She was very understanding of my nervousness, she reassured me that it would take a few minutes & she would be gentle. She made my day! She was kind, quick & understanding. Her name was Katrina. Will be returning!

I been coming to this location for years and have never had a problem. Always show up with your photo ID and medical card and you will breeze right through. The staff is pleasant and efficient.

Waiting time to long only one staff working alone it is not right to attend the desk and do the the draw blood to much and not fear for the people waiting

Some of the staff are friendly and great. Others lack customer service skills. This is a convenient location but really needs to improve service.

Christina and Kim are amazing. Easy to check in, very courteous and professional with a side of fun. I was able to call in to confirm, insurance info and that a walk in was ok for blood test. In and out easy peasy lemon squeezy!!! I would highly recommend this lab and the staff as top shelf in my book. Thank you Christina and Kim!!! - Vasilios

Been here about half a dozen times. I think Donna was that hippy dippie weird lady. She was OK, I guess. I have had great service from all of the providers. Results were very quick and they handled the billing very well.
