I recently shopped at Staples and the item I wished to purchase was moved to a different aisle. An associate was in the aisle putting random items back on shelves when she stopped and guided me to the item I wanted. Most times when confronted with this type of a problem, the associate just points or calls out the direction I should go in. I have had this experience before at Staples by another associate. The staff is very helpful.

Terrible service I purchased an HP ink from here and it started leaking within the first day. The staples associate declined a return as it was past the 14 day return period. Now my printer is destroyed with black ink all over inside it. Staples lost a customer. Going to Amazon. I am raising an issue with hp corporate so they stop carrying this ink at this garbage store. Reported to bbb as well

Kevin was on the register I was looking for two desk calendars. He check the QOH and saw there was another he radioed Louis to have him check. After several minutes of searching we learned the QOH was wrong. They went above and beyond to help, even if the result was not in my fair. Great service!!

This is a great STAPLES to bring AMAZON returns. The process is quick. The parking here makes it easy to shop at also. The store has of plenty items for all office and shipping needs.
