I bought a fan from savers. I went home and found that it can't work. When I went back just in one hour , and told the staff , they said they couldn't return and suggested I can donate it again.

I used to love going to this store, they have good clothes but with questionable prices, its a thrift store? yet we usually spend around 100+ by just some few jeans. i come here often and im obviously known but lately i've been seeing a shift of treatment.being treated as if im going to steal, being followed around the store and stared at. its very uncomfortable because i just want to shop in peace. the manager starts it all and encourages the employees to do the same. ive seen many bad reviews with people with the same experience. They should change the employees or better their actions.

I recently discovered this place. I’ve found many lovely items but my gripe is the aggressive vulture resellers who clog aisles by the area employees bring stock out on carts to restock shelves. So many donated items are snatched up leaving scraps for those who aren’t flipping items for profit. The management should really address this as it is virtually impossible to navigate aisles when resellers are creating blockades.

Owners must not really care because I see a few people on here are complaining about the people hanging out by the door where the merchandise comes out and nothing changes. You can always see the same people hogging the carts with whatever comes out. Why don’t they put an employee there telling them they can’t just stand around that area and don’t put one of the ones that points out all the good items to the ones standing by there. You guys make plenty of money on a lot of the items you get for FREE. Why not do something about this since people are complaining about this?

I use to really enjoy going into the Savers in Commack but stopped going because they allow like the same three people to stand by the door (where they bring out the merchandise), to go through everything before it gets to the floor. That is so unfair for everybody else. It’s like they get first dibs on everything. They have gotten friendly with the workers so the workers stop their carts so they can grab what they want. They stand there the whole time looking through the window to see what the workers are putting on the carts. I think they should cover the windows so they are not allowed to see what is about to come out, they should not be allowed to stand there at all and workers should get in trouble for stopping their carts for their favorite customers to look through the stuff before everybody else. Also, I’ve seen the female workers when they see a pair of nice shoes they hide them on the floor underneath the clothes racks so they can come back for them later. They shouldn’t be so worried about the shoppers stealing, they need to watch their workers more.

Very nice store with a great variety of items but the staff is rude. The manager always makes rude comments and snatches the hangers when I’m at self checkout. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping here any more.

Very rude customer service and nasty manager. I was at check out line and store was closed already. Manager came up to me and yanked clothes off my hands and said to come back tomorrow. She did NOT allow me to pay for my items!! There were 3 other customers who did finalize their purchase but she did not allow me.

The manager stepped on my foot and just walked by without apologizing. I told her to apologize and she told me that if I want to leave, I should leave before apologizing (female).The manager stepped on my foot and just walked by without apologizing I told him to apologize and he told me that if I want to leave I should leave before apologizing (male) bad experience I am a person with cancer it is not the best way to Treating a customer instead, the cashier understands and apologized in space. I thank the cashier but I demand that the manager be changed to another position.
