This has become my go to pharmacy. I have pharmacies closer but the staff here is great, personable and very helpful. George is absolutely incredible such a nice guy, he has an incredible personality and seems like he genuinely cares for each and everyone of his customers. The entire staff of this place front and back are exceptional. Local stores with staff like this are hard to come by I would I highly recommend switching from any chain pharmacy to this RX Express Pharmacy, I myself drive from Kings Park to here.

You're thinking of going elsewhere? That's just ridiculous. George and crew should actually run EVERY STORE, EVERYWHERE. Perfect in every way. If I moved to Connecticut, I'd come back to Commack for my pharmacy needs!

Pharmacy team so nice. And very helpful informative pharmacists. Store offers tons of Nick necks, signs for all occations. Greeting cards for most every event and targeted gifts for teachers, doctors, bosses, beach lovers, baby mommas, grannies & daddy's too. Your first cost certainly will not be your last...?

Rx Express Commack has been my regular pharmacy for many years now. Everyone is warm and friendly. George, as well as Theresa, are incredibly knowledgeable and caring pharmacists. They always go out of their way to explain what side effects or interactions certain medication‘s that I am taking may have. They have also found coupons to help keep the cost of my prescriptions down. Having a local, caring community pharmacy has become a bit of a rare thing these days. Rx Express of Commack is all of this and more. I will happily be a customer for life!

I’ve been going to Rx Express for over 30 years. George & the rest of the staff always friendly & helpful. I moved recently 30 minutes away but still have my prescriptions filled there. There is a reason why in this day & age of chain pharmacies that Rx Express is still going strong.

George is an excellent pharmacist. He is caring, smart, and takes the time to learn your name and answer any questions that you might have. The staff is always happy to research products for you and order anything that is not already on their shelves.
