Horrible staff long wait times, if you have to do an random employment drug screen don’t drink to much water they will make you wait over an hour trying to hold it. Since it’s a random drug screen, you’re not able to make an appointment, so you’ll watch about 30 people walking in before you that came in after you absolutely ridiculous

The waiting room was crowded. Other than that, I found check in to go smoothly and the office was very efficient.

The phlebotomist I had was wonderful and it was painless I had an appt and I was in and out of there in 20 mins. Would recommend to always make an appt.

I made an appointment but must of did something wrong although I had a picture in my phone, when I checked in, the key pad, said I had no appointment, I showed Kiara, she was one of the techs, she tried to help me, but she had to take care of patients, my appointment read 1.20, well Kiara was so kind she called me in at 1.20 she took my blood with no problems, thank you for having such a caring tech.

Staff are lazy, patient ware waiting for Blood work, center open 6AM in the morning, 1st two patent were schedule 6:10, 3rd and 4thpatient were schedule, at least three technician were just talking each other loud and Front door were close, they called 1st patient about 7:30am. Staff very rude, not engaged in a profession

ABSOLUTE TRASH. If 0 star was available i would give it to this location. There is literally no way to speak to a human when calling in. You make an appt for 1020 and i sat in the waiting room for an hour. Tiny waiting room, hot and dirty. Useless

My only issue is when I checked in for my appointment that I made that day, it showed I didn't have an appointment. For some reason it didn't like my ID# I entered for my Medicare but it said don't worry that will be figured out when you get here. Something along those lines, but I had to sign in again as a walk in even though I had set an appointment. Blood tech very nice and I didn't feel a thing and had I think 7 vials filled.

I require the use of baby butterfly equipment to extract my blood. The Plainview office had none, Bethpage and Syosset had none. I had to drive 35 minutes in the pouring rain to Commack for my blood extraction. My question is why on earth don't these Quest offices have the necessary equipment when drawing blood is there business.

Went there w/ an apt and got in with the phlebotomist on time. wendy the phlebotomist was very professional, communicative, Friendly, respectful, and procedural. Definitely an amazing experience with her being my phlebotomist! Wendy also Got my Vein first try and i felt nothing, afterwards there was no bruising or crazy bleeding. thank you for making it very easy wendy!
