Thought it was a great experience until I went back and the dealer modified the vehicle without being informed of the modifcation
I drove off the lot yesterday with no front license plate because they didn't have a bracket. Fine. I'll side mount it.
Go back to get the oil checked because the used car they sold me had a max level warning
They told me at the end they also helped me by mounting the place.
I get it's a nys law and it needs to be placed. But I didn't have it on yesterday and I didn't need to come back.
Absolute zero remorse for what they did. Very minor but an inconvenience and now I have a damaged front grill.

Ashley! Was very efficient and friendly when me & my husband purchased our Porsche Cayenne! The process was extremely easy! I need to mention Omar ( from the finance department) he explained every detail in the contract, (most of the dealers only ask you to sign tons of documents, without any explanation) thanks Ashley & Omar! 100% recommend! If you are looking to buy a new car, do not hesitate to visit this place!

They asked for a deposit, vehicle wasn’t even available, it was getting serviced elsewhere, never gave me numbers even after I applied and told me I needed to wait 4 days to get numbers over the phone. We live in Texas and I can honestly say this place doesn’t know how to make a deal remotely from another state. Don’t even try, they will disappoint you just like me.

At first I was a little nervous coming in to buy a car because of some of the negative reviews about the fees but coming in was the best decision I made. Meeting with Andrew was an absolutely pleasure and he was very honest and was open to small negotiation because he prioritized my business. The car was listed online for 31,899$ and with the fees plus CT registration the price of the car out the door was 36,000$. When seeing the fees one is going to react upset because obviously it's listed at 31,000 not 36,000 but the fees are NECESSARY. Because the car was a certified used car they added a 2000$ certification fee which at other dealerships it already would have been included to the price of the vehicle making them list it at 33,000$ online but its all the same. Paying 31,000$ is impossible for a 2023 Mercedes Benz CLA250 with only 10k miles on it + no accident but 36,000$ is a WHOLE LOT better than paying 40-45k that others dealers were advertising. They seriously did a great job including the finance guy who worked with us and they really cared about making my experience comfortable and when I needed help regarding a service with my car Neil and the General Manager helped me and fixed the problem professionally. Please give this dealerships a chance and don't believe all of the other reviews that complain about fees. Made my 3 hour drive worth it and will be coming again in the future for another car and will refer people here. Thank you guys!!!
