My experience was seamless, quick, and easy. I called to let them know I would be arriving a few minutes behind, they were very kind and told me to take my time. The wait to be seen was minimal (I went on a Monday, the wait may be longer on the weekend), and the vets were so courteous. I will be coming back!

From when I checked in until I got the result of my dog's heart work test, everything went just fine.The 2 vets were very gentle with BisKit and made it very easy for both of us.The buy who greeted me first, explained the vaccines that my dog needed and when his rabies shot needed to be renewed in June.

Its pretty rare that the thought to review a business, whether it be a 1 or 5 star experience, crosses my mind. I generally have to have had a life-changing experience involving the business for me to jump on here. That reason alone will tell you just how much this Petco's grooming staff means to me. My pup is my child, he is my baby. But he's also high energy, rambunctious & a big boy at nearly 100 lbs. None of that phases them because they are complete professionals, they are knowledgeable & they know what they're doing. His safety & happiness are absolutely paramount - the peace of mind I get knowing that he's in the hands of people that treat him like he's their own, you simply cannot put a price tag on that. I will recommend them to ANYONE - they are truly, by far, the very best. Especially my boys groomer, Willianny, we just love her so much & my boy always gets so excited for his bi weekly bath sesh with her & ALWAYS comes back to me the happiest, cleanest, freshest-smelling pup!

I love this place i've been here with all my pets even my turtles, nice staff and nice to pets, i've been there with my 3 cats, my dog, and my 2 turtles. I really recommend this petco

I discovered vital premier a few months ago and thought it was a great program and raved about it to my friends. I always talked about how good this program was and tried to convince them to go on it because it basically paid for itself and the good rewards. It wasn’t until today that I realized that Petco lacks customer service and the pharmacy is clearly very incompetent and loves to make peoples lives difficult.I HAVE a prescription for 6 month supply of simparica for my golden. I ONLY want to order 1 month supply because I am not ready or want to give 200 for 6 months when I can just pay 30 for the one month. I was told that they have to contact the vet to get this approved first and that the vet isn’t answering so my order may get cancelled. After telling them MULTIPLE times that my dog goes to the VETCO clinic hey finally are able to comprehend what I am saying. Please explain to me how it makes sense that you’re willing to give me a 6 month supply versus a 1 month supply of the same medication? I understand if it was different meds but it’s the SAME!!!!!How are you not able to get a hold of the vet who works for your company? How unprofessional and negligent does that sound? I contacted chewy and even they agree that it is so dumb that the pharmacy wont fill my order just because I want a slower supply.I will be cancelling my membership and buying my stuff elsewhere like chewy as well as not recommending you to anyone that I meet. I rather take my dog to an ACTUAL vet that I can get a hold of if I need something or have questions.

I have been coming to Petco in Commack for many years. I recently had a very nice experience in the store. The manager Diane Parker was so helpful and pleasant! Karyn and Arbry are helpful as well. I find it to be a very pleasant atmosphere in this store. Diane the manager is terrific, always smiling and very helpful! I think it is nice to note when someone is doing a good job! I Will keep coming back for my pets needs! Diane is an asset to the store!

There's boxes everywhere and carts. Tried to be sustainable and refill my cat litter but even tho I had containers that were comparable weight, they would not allow it. Thus, they don't really have a great policy with the refill on cat litter. One star.

Well I went in today and needed some help in the fish area and not a soul was found at 12pm on a Sayurday in or around except for a couple cashiers, who probably knew absolutely nothing about the fish questions I was planning to ask an expert. So, I just bought different gravel for my tank and called it a day - the cashier, Jennifer, has to be the rudest cashier and has a bad attitude that shows, like she clearly hates her job. Customer service looks like that's not her forte.
