“Revitalaser is excellent! My company (Liberty Brass) is so impressed by their service, responsiveness and pricing...not to mention their honesty. They have serviced two (rather old) copiers and were able to repair them quickly at very reasonable rates-- minus the hard sell to replace them with new machines. (Very unusual in this day and age.) They also sell ink cartridges at extremely low prices. I highly recommend them!”

“We have been using WB Mason for years! We have always loved our delivery drivers. They are friendly and always offer to put our water jugs exactly where they belong so we don’t have to move them ourselves. I love that it’s next day delivery & if there is something wrong with an order I have an actual person to contact. Other companies that offer next day delivery don’t always come during normal business hours and if there is an issue it’s hard to get in contact with customer service. I also appreciate the fact that our sales rep will adjust the price of an item if I find it less expensive elsewhere. Definitely would recommend using WB Mason!”

“Was using my Epson R2000 all day today. John Stanley O.E. fixed/replaced the paper feed (never reliable) and cleaned and serviced it-- 5 years ago at least. Since they fixed it, this 10 year old printer runs like new... Before it was a frustrating headache. Now it's a pleasure. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm just so impressed and grateful.”

“Finally a solution I can live with - I have been on the colored inkjet printer merry go round for years you buy a bargain basement printer inkjet printer whether or not you need to print color the majority of the time and the cartridges dry out from lack of use or the "magenta" cartridge runs out and the printer won't work unless you buy more high gross replacement cartridges (usually after your second round of refills you could of purchased a new printer for less than the price of ink). I like color documents and I still need to see all the pretty colors I just use other technology to accomplish that but go old school when printing something I want to read and write on otherwise I use other solutions:Photos - unless you have a 100K Photo Printer you shouldn't print pics send them off and get them printed and framed or save it to you device and text them if you want to share.Documents- PDF them edit / electronic sign and email the colorized version, proof read in black and white.Document Share - Scan them in full color and save to a folder for editing later in full color.Publishing - there's an app for that and no printing required So why are we using so much colored ink, I have no idea but the manufacturers do - it's all about the money personally I prefer to keep as much as I can because I have my own agenda and could care less about their causes. This is a great product and competitively priced...”
