I've been doing banking in this building going back to 1971 when it was a Nat. West. Bank. I find that the bigger Bank of America gets the less convenient it is to bank there. They could improve so many aspects of their business dealings. At times "not user friendly."

Very bad customer service, not nice ppl behind the register, never happy, just do ur thing and get out.
