This place is so gross. Junk all over the place abandoned cars with junk piled up. Resembles the abandoned and graffitied kings park psych center building. Would get tetanus if walked any further inside.

Great family-owned nursery. Best place to fill your barbecue tank also. The specimens he has look great and are very healthy, prices are good, he's knowledgeable and he's a nice guy to boot! Lol

Mike has lots of knowledge. We have been going to him for over 19 years. He has helped us with out plants in the past as well as this year, which have done quite well throughout the summer heat this year.He has also supplied us with propane gas for our grill and he refills your own tank, no swapping with someone else and is very fairly price against the competition.

I have lived in Smithtown for 27 years. I used to use Michaels for propane and found them to be a bit rude. So I went back today after 10 years trying to support a local business walked up and said hi are you still filling propane tanks. He looked at me and goes what a stupid question don't you see the sign. I responded back by absolutely and walked out. Don't bother go to 4031 East Jericho Turnpike for a fill up for 1795 there is a coupon in the local ET magazine.

Mike is a stand up guy and incredibly knowledgeable. Every time I call he shares his wealth of knowledge with me and I finally decided to go in to buy something. I was greeted very kindly and he immediately took a liking to my daughter whom he even took her to the back to feed some fish! She had a great time exploring the space and learning from Mike.This is not your typical garden store but when you walk into the greenhouse it reminds me of my parents house with a collection of loads of various gardening. He clearly is a collector and my daughter found a great little statue of a wold that she purchased from him. I’ll definitely be back, especially the next time I need some tools, he has real tools that look like they will stand the test of time, not the garbage being made nowadays. Thanks for the great experience. I’ll be back (with my daughter too!)

Michael always has the products I need at the right price. His gardening advise is usually ‘spot on’ and I know I am buying the proper applications for my lawn and shrubs.I am happy to support local business.
