Glenn is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Tony also very knowledgeable and nice.
They are the rare mechanic that is very hard to find.

Have been using them for years ! Honest work and wont ever sell u anything ur car doesn't need ! Had oil change and rotation of tires - Glenn and Tony are amazing ! Wouldn't go anywhere else !!!

Glen is the greatest. This shop is so easy to work with. They are always timely and friendly. Appointments by phone are super easy to make. I've only had oil changes so far and will definitely come back should the car need more maintenance.

As a follow up on a previous review posted. Mc Dowell has gone way out of his way to find a reoccurring intermittent problem with this car. He looked at it for a few days waiting for the problem to show. He has figured out the issue and is working on it. I would recommend Mc Dowel to anyone he stands behind his work and will work with you to resolve what is happening to your vehicle. They are stand up people. I have been going to Mc Dowell for 15 plus years. He has always helped me when my vehicles needed service. Mc Dowell is most trusted repair service.

Mcdowell Bros. sucks. My car was making a lot of noise and stalling. They did not fix it. They said nothing is wrong with my car. It still makes a lot of noise and stalls, more than when I brought it in to them. They did something to my car to cause more problems. I advise everyone not to go to Mcdowell to get the cars worked on.

Honest and only repair what needs to be repaired. If you need a trust worthy shop to bring your vehicle to, these are the guys you want to see. We have been going to McDowell Bros for over 15 years. Two thumbs up!
