A male manager was unhelpful & unfriendly. Did not seem to care to train other employees on return & repurchase. I was able to do same transaction at home goods (same company as Marshalls) but for some reason, the manager did not even want to try helping. Store seemed unorganized compared to other Marshalls I’ve been to.

They only have 3 people working the register. But yet you have a humongous line almost at the door and the funny part is. They're talking to each other not even caring about the line

The elevator in this place was damaged, I couldn't get in with my baby's car, and it has an ugly side, the elevator is not up the stairs, and it is in a big mess, almost all the Marshalls are in a big mess.
