I wish I could give more stars! I started this process with a zoom meeting with Samantha whose ideas were amazing. I felt like she truly listened to what I wanted and used her knowledge of kitchen design to help me achieve a functional, beautiful kitchen with so many amazing details to make my life easier. The process was pretty flawless. The team was dynamite, respectful, cleaned up every day after themselves. They were personable and paid attention to every detail. Even my dogs loved them! They truly took pride in their work, and I really felt like they weren’t rushing, but wanted my kitchen to be the best it could be (and boy is it the best!). I really can’t say enough about Kitchen and Bath Design - I am beyond happy with our dream kitchen and will forever be grateful that I chose them to create this amazing space for our family. Thank you everyone!

After all of the hassle and issues that came up during our bathroom renovation which because of needing our entire house rewired it took just shy of 3 months to complete. Now that being said, we only ordered our vanity cabinet from Kitchen & Bath Designs and that was done quite a few weeks before the start of the renovation. We were told it would take up to 6 weeks to come in. Fast forward to the start of the project and the communication with Anna just wasn’t there. It took longer than expected for our vanity to come in which is understandable with how shipping can be. Our contractor had to call constantly to get answers and figure out was going on with our order. I felt like I could barely get Anna on the phone. And even through email communication she would take too long to respond. Then once our vanity came in it had the wrong hinges or hardware for the drawers etc. so that was the end of July she said 2 weeks to get them in and it took until this last Friday for us to finally have our vanity completed. Not once during this entire process did she ever apologize for any mistakes or mishaps and would constantly place blame elsewhere. It felt like we had to chase her after her if we wanted this bathroom completed. It wasn’t until after they came on Friday to fix the vanity that she not only doesn’t call, but emails us saying how basically everything with the vanity was our contractors fault and then and only then does she apologize to us because in her mind the blame wasn’t on her. Whoever she sent to install the hinges and set the doors must have crooked eyes because they had to nerve to state that our contractor did not install the vanity level….it’s literally perfectly level anywhere you put a level. I feel sorry for anyone getting kitchens done because I couldn’t imagine not having finished cabinets in my kitchen for months. If you’re considering using Kitchen & Bath Designs for any project I’d turn around and run. I’d like to add that my mother-in-law also had her bathroom renovated and first received her vanity in the wrong color that Anna again just blamed on the manufacturer. It took weeks to get the right color vanity delivered and the hinges on hers were also not right and again we had to chase after her to get our bathrooms completed. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever encountered. Better communication could have made this a completely different experience.

This store is located in a small plaza and their shops name is not very obvious at night, usually I go there to pick up delivery from Wish site.

Absolutely a 5 star rating. I couldn't be happier with the job that was done. Every single person I dealt with was professional and courteous. Anna was amazing and very patient. Nick and Chris were a pleasure to work with. Brian was such a tremendous representative of your company. He really went the extra mile. I will recommend you to everyone I know. Everyone has heard kitchen renovation horror stories, so when we began the search for a contractor and designer, we kept wondering if what looked like a dream company would become our nightmare. After speaking with at least ten different companies, we chose to work with Samantha O'Leary at Kitchen & Bath Designs in Commack. From the start, Samantha was a great listener, honest, and made smart recommendations we never would have thought of. She also respected our budget and never made us feel we were cutting corners. Once we signed the contract, Samantha began delivering on every promise. Her design work was phenomenal and though it took time to nail down the exact specs, she was never impatient or insistent we do things her way. And unlike the other kitchen designers who looked at our wish list and said it couldn't be done she said we absolutely could, and she was right. We also appreciated the great communication. Samantha was reachable, responsive, and always had answers. If she said she was going to research something she did. If she said she would keep looking for a better solution, she did. And any time we had to speak to the office about payments, they were professional, honest and helpful. We were also thrilled with the workmanship of Brian, the foreman, Nick and all the vendors who worked in our home. From the demolition, to the electrical and plumbing work to the complex installations, they were amazing. Respectful, patient with our million questions and anxious to please. And now that we are living in our gorgeous kitchen, we are grateful they were absolute perfectionists. The workmanship is stunning! Finally, and maybe most important, the cost of this project was so much less than was proposed by their competitors and they stuck to the budget (any cost overruns were because we added on). AND they completed the job on the timetable they promised. As you can tell, we couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Samantha and the team at Kitchen & Bath Designs. We now have a dream kitchen with none of the nightmares.
