Went into the Commack location looking for a custom suit, for some reason the clown working there refused to measure me. Suggested that I get a suit off the rack. Told him I would rather have it custom but he didn't budge. Went to Mens Warehouse and got a custom.

Honestly the worst customer service I could’ve imagined. Came in trying to find a suit that matched a specific vest we wanted to build the outfit around. The worker openly mocked the vest choice and asked, more than once why would I want to wear that vest. He was rude, judgemental, and extremely unhelpful. Sorry he wants to sell the same tired suits/looks to men with no fashion sense or personality. Never go here unless you want to look like you ordered a suit from Amazon.

They refused to let me return my suit, even though I had the original receipt and it was within the 90-day return period, as stated in their policy. I won’t be shopping at this location again.

Great selection for my husband,good prices and as always Jos. A Bank has great quality of their clothing.Their employees are great,very professional and patient because we spend there about 2.5 hours and haven’t felt no pressure from the employees at all.

I haven’t bought a suit in a decade, needed one for a wedding and was kind of dreading the process (especially because I know I can be picky/ indecisive). I didn’t really know where to go, or what I was exactly in search of. This happened to be the second local place I looked (I wont mentioned the first but … not great). This was my first ever time at Jos A Bank and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gentlemen with a huge smile, his name was Kyle. He started by taking measurements and asking me some questions to figure out exactly what I was in search of. Right off the bat, between his outgoing personality, his attentiveness towards me, and his eye for detail, I could tell I was in for some spectacular customer service. He spent an incredible amount of time with me and showed me various options of suits, shirts, matching ties, even pocket squares. He answered all of my questions with confidence, gave me his honest opinion, got creative, and made incredible recommendations. I even started feeling bad about how much of his time I was taking up but he continued to assure me he was there to help till the end. I even over heard a remark from his colleague (possibly supervisor) to him that he needed to speed it up with me (at that time the store was fairly empty as well) and he didn’t let that phase him, he still stayed with me till I was 110% confident that I loved the way I looked and was ready to purchase. I want to make it clear, it’s because of his exceptional customer service that made me genuinely excited about my appearance and completely confident in my style, so much so that I didn't even hesitate spending hundreds of dollars. I am very grateful for the exceptional customer service Kyle provided to me, it was exactly what I need in this suit journey and I will be forever grateful for his time.
I would recommend stopping in to see Kyle if you are ever in need of any formal dress wear. 11/10!

Worst location treated me real rude came in for a rental fitting for a wedding the associate Didn’t even want to get close to me or touch me to get the measurements. Guy had The nerve to body shame me because they didn’t have a vest in my size . Also The white dress was not white . Looked yellow like it’s been used 100times . very nasty .. I would never recommend this place Not for my wedding or any other occasion .. so sad

BEWARE!!! Heard such great things about this place on brides of Long Island and my dad came in 4 months early (since they are snow birds) to get fitted for a tux and everyone was so great the day we went. When my dad was getting fitted I asked the sales associate when my fiance should go in to get fitted and he said 3 months. Comes the 3 month mark and we go in to get him fitted with an appointment the sales associate sends us out and tells us he cannot get fitted, he’s too early, and that it is not a tuxedo store. Given we thought it was a bad day, we call again and a different sales associate tells us to go in at the 2 month mark we make an appointment to go in and get sent away once again and the only thing we get is the group sheet. We fill out the group sheet to make sure everything is done think he will be able to get fitted and the associate says come back in a month. This being the final time my fiance goes in to get fitted and they tell him they can’t have him get fitted and he can come back another day. Given our wedding is in a different area where we have to travel we are trying to get things done in a timely manner but no one is helpful at all here. I called the garden city location to see if we can get an appointment there and the lady on the phone began to scold me saying we have to wait bc they have people out sick. It is understood that people will call out but after 3 times this place is a joke. Will be looking for a different tux rental store one month out from the wedding. Save yourself the time and just skip coming here all together

Stopped in there for a couple of performance suits. Nothing like the service of Jos A. Bank. I was helped by Kyle who had a great knowledge of all of their suits and was able to help me find exactly what I needed in quick time. Great service!! Some things you just can't get on Amazon. :-)

We visited the Commack store for a tuxedo rental. Kyle helped us and was extremely professional and helpful. Absolute best salesperson I’ve dealt with in a long time. I would definitely recommend this store based off of Kyle’s service.

Was looking for suits for my wedding and was recommended this store to see what they offer. We were greeted by Alfredo and we couldn't have asked for a nicer and more genuine person to deal with. He makes you feel welcomed and wants you to be happy with your purchase and does not bully you into buying a suit like most places. Extremely grateful for his help and would recommended anyone to go to this store and ask for Alfredo
