Good experience. Dropped off my phone to get the broken back replaced that was greatly effecting the signal/service and trade in value. $100 to replace the back to get $650 worth of trade in value instead of getting $450 for it broken. Worth saving the $100.
Note: This was a S22 Ultra during an unusual promo were they were giving $350 off for no trade at all, so $650 is not the norm for 3-4 year old phones, but they do run some special promos. They even run some insane cracked phone promos when they're trying to move stock in preparation for next Gen launch.
When was all said and done, was able to upgrade to the S24 Ultra (incremental improvement besides the camera, but being a power user, the jump from the Gen 1 to Gen 3 Snapdragon was totally worth it) for $500. Totally worth it to get rid of the delay that would develop with 10+ app tabs open.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member, told what the issue was, the price and what the repair time would be. The gentleman who handled our issue was right on the money and was personable too. I would differently recommend this business. Plus the price was reasonable, compared to other places

These people suck. My screen was cracked but phone was working perfectly. They fixed my screen and from day one my fingerprints unlock started giving problems. A week later my screen started shorting. Went back to the store and they said I must have dropped it. These are the worst kinds of people. Sell you a bad product then blame you for it. WARNING DO NOT USE. Gave me a discount lol lies. Now your a liar and dishonest. Don't trust this company as you can see they even lie on there reply.

Horrible customer service! My phone had water damage and wasn’t turning on, so I decided to go here since they were closest. I requested to do an analysis on my phone and see what is the issue. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t heard. When I call them they keep saying try later. Eventually they told me that the cost is $150. My question is, why did they decide to fix the phone without providing the cost? I would not have fixed the phone since it the new phone will cost me the same. Smh. Stay away!

Daughter’s iPhone 12 lost “touch” screen. I tried to change myself -done plenty of the older models-and ended up with a dead phone. Stopped in ifixscreens and they quoted $110 to replace the screen and if it didn’t work $50 labor charge. Turns out screen was fixed and it needed a new sensor for the earpiece/speaker I messed up (+$50). Tolga was upfront & honest. She repaired the phone completely and was all done in 1hr 30min! Will definitely be back if a need a new screen!

I had a bad experience with this place. I had an iPhone 13 with a clear protective case and a broken screen. I went to them for a repair. It struck me as odd that they asked for payment upfront, but I obliged. They fixed the screen, but when I went to pick it up, the phone would not boot up after the repair. They held onto the phone to repair the boot up issue. No communication from them, as I had to call them every few days to ask for a status. 2 weeks later, they tell me that they were unable to fix the boot up issue, and they returned the phone. When I went to pick it up, the back was damaged. The person, who I believe was the owner, accused me of turning in the phone with a broken back, but he offered to fix the damage. A week later, no call, so I reached out to the store and they said the back was fixed. I went to pick up the phone and they tried to charge me. I showed them the receipt from the repair and they gave me back the phone. The protective case was missing so I asked for it back. They couldn't find it. I called the owner and asked about the case, but he wigged out and went into a diatribe about how I need to be thankful that they fixed the back for no charge and how he had video footage of my turning in the phone with a broken back. I left the store to cool off and texted the owner that if he could produce the video footage of me turning in the phone with the back damaged, that I would return to the store to pay for the repair. No answer from anyone and when I call the store, they hang up on me.
