I have been going here for years. I have had custom jewelry made here and my husband has bought me a lot right out of the showcase. His prices are fantastic and he can make and fix jut about anything.

The first store we stopped at was I Love Lucy. Andy is very nice and patient. We were looking for a nice diamond pendant for our niece. I briefly mentioned that we had a diamond we could use for the pendant. Andy immediately responded, if we have a diamond he could make what we wanted within our budget. Long story short, instead of buying a pendant, Andy turned an old diamond into a beautiful pendant, we bought a chain and it came out amazing. I couldn't be happier and will be back for all my future needs.

Love everything about this jewelry store!! The people working there are helpful friendly and not pushy at all. We were able to give the owner an idea of what I was looking for in an engagement ring and he came through with exactly what I wanted. When the big day came it was more gorgeous than I had imagined. Highly recommend, Andy was amazing to work with.

Love Love Love " I Love Lucy Diamonds". Have done business with them for the last 20 years...would not go anywhere else.Andy, Marie and the girls are so personable and Andy, what can I say, a Gentleman, an amazing craftsman and his knowledge of the Diamond and Jewelry business is such an asset for the customer.I trust him with my own pieces as well as ones that just can't be replaced! I can't be wrong, look at all the great reviews.If you are shopping quality, price and customer service, I can't imagine going anywhere but I LOVE LUCY DIAMONDS - the best around!

The service was amazing here. The employees were helpful, friendly and I didn't feel like they were pushy at all. Best experience working with the owner, Andy, who understood exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the ring he designed. It was absolutely stunning, best experience I have ever had with a jeweler, customer for life.

Great Customer Service, professional and interested in what you want and willing to show you the spectrum and maybe find the hidden Gem just for you. Andy, Marie and the girls are wonderful and always looking to help. In my 20 years shopping with them I have never been disappointed. Always a great selection and VERY affordable for the quality. Can't imagine shopping anywhere else but I Love Lucy Diamonds.

If anyone is looking for a great jeweler I highly recommend I Love Lucys Diamonds and Gold in Commack! My friend and I took our rings there to be touched up and have a prong fixed and dipped and both of us were beyond happy with the results! They have beautiful jewelry as well. If you're looking for outdated overpriced jewelry with terrible customer service, then this is the place to go. I walked in with $10,000 to spend on a very special gift. I ended up with 2 pieces that I settled on. Shame on me. I Had it appraised elsewhere and was told that the value was less than 1/4 what I paid for it - so just to give him the benefit of the doubt I went to a third person for an appraisal and was told the same. Lesson learned go to a reputable jeweler not some neighborhood flea market for a quality piece of jewelry.

Absolutely fantastic ? John Terrani is at the booth on the as you walk in and he is just wonderful! He is honest, fair, and understanding. He's been a pleasure to work with for my wedding and I know I'll be seeing more of him in the future for any of my jewelry needs ?
