I was very disappointed in The flowers that I sent to my sister-in-law for her birthday yesterday. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture I called. And the girl who answered the phone told me the bouquet I ordered was a 1-800-Flowers bouquet. Whatever that means regardless the flowers looked nothing like the picture, they were very skimpy and I was actually embarrassed when my sister in law sent me the picture of the flowers when I asked for it. I used the local florist because i haven't had any luck with 1-800-Flowers. So apparently i'm stuck sending candy nowadays

Ordered 2 arrangements for a wake service late the night before. I called to confirm in the morning, and I was so distraught I actually put in the wrong address for one of the arrangements and they fixed it right away! They were so friendly and helpful, the arrangements were so beautiful! Thank you so much!!
