We have been to Floor and Decor several times for many different projects. The Staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The store offers everything from ceramic and porcleain tiles, wood flooring, laminates and brick veneers and more. The selections are quite vast. Always check around because they have sale items which can be at a nice discount. Parking isn't a problem.

My wife went here looking for tile,for the kitchen & Bathroom.She got A1 service and both her and I couldn’t be happier.I want to especially thank Jamie.Top notch guy and an asset to this company!Thanks again

A very unique store. Much better the Home Depot and Lowe’s when it comes to selection of tiles. Has a wide range of tiles at various price points and nice displays for some inspiration if you need it.

This is the BEST Floor and Decor location on the island!!! Adam Rifkin is hands down the best manager. Always attentive and responsive and goes the extra mile to help his clients. 10/10 would recommend this location for Adam and his team.

Great store for tile installers. The toolSelection is decent, about 10 times better then HD. The thinset and installation products are great, everything from laticrete. Prices are cheapest around from any box store or tile shop

Today I came to the commack location to make a big purchase on floors and vanity. As i approched the checkout, Angel automatically started her interaction with an attitude. My dad speaks mainly spanish and some english. He proceeded to say his phone number in english and then switched to spanish. She just looked at him as if he was “dumb” and did not say a word to him while chewing her gum loudly. We asked if there was any discount for buying a large amount due to our previous experience when we bought 26 pieces of 48x48 tile and got a discount. She shraply and with a very belittling attitude said “No, we dont do discounts here.” She continued to check our items with the same disgusting attitude. I honestly feel so disheartened this was my experience as my previous experiences were very good. This alone discourages customers from going to this location. In all, Angel’s customer service is degrading and unprofessional. She should not only be kind to customers, but should also show respect by not chewing gum with her mouth wide open as she speaks.

I came into the commack location just over a week ago and asked a very nice gentleman I believe his name was James for some assistance and instead of pointing me in the direction of what I was looking for he went out of his way to stop what he was doing and walk me to each product I was looking for I've been in the store multiple times and don't feel I ever received that kind of service I'll absolutely be recommending this store

This rating is for the management of this specific store. I bought some tiles at another location and next day I needed to return it with the receipt because the customers changed their mind. The manager did not want to give me refund for the brand new, undamaged, boxed tiles. She insisted to only give me store credit. This is what the website of Floor&Decor says about returns "If you are not completely satisfied with your store or online purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Floor & Decor within 90 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt, and we will refund your purchase"Go figure...
