I highly recommend Finestar because we have used their services in my company for 2 years now. The technicians are very professional and have enough knowledge to provide the service my Copiers needed. Very efficient in time wise, whenever i need service they come right away most of the times. We did not have any problems with any of the parts we ordered or with any of their techs. Great service 100% recommended.

I received a response from them on my last review stating that I signed off on the service call that stated that their tech was there for 1:35 minutes, and they claim that it took him that long a time because the machine was in a closet and the poor guy had to roll it 35 feet away to troubleshoot it. the tech was there to troubleshoot a toner not being recognized. I already knew the reason of the issue and said it to the person who i placed the call with. all i needed is for them to confirm it and get me a quote to fix it. the same person I spoke to initially stated that if we do the repair, the service charge will be waived, which a common practice in similar service providers. the issue with the machine is toner pump that went bad. the replacement of this pump takes exactly 10 minutes. legally, I can proof with recorded video that the technician was not there for more than 30 minutes. But you heard not just from me, but from other reviews above,STEER CLEAR FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL MONEY HUNGRY CONS.

We have had nothing but negative experiences with this company. Unprofessionalism doesn’t truly describe this company’s issues, it would be a complete understatement.We had a service/maintenance contract with them for 2 machines in our office. Each time a tech was sent here for an emergency call they were extremely late with no notification or updates on an approximate arrival time. One of the techs who we believe may have been the owner would make extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate comments to one of our employees. The unprofessional and inappropriate comments were part of the reason that we decided to stop using this company. We could not continue working with a company that made our employees uncomfortable.They constantly looked for parts they were needed every time a tech was here. They had even ordered expensive parts without anyone’s approval from our office even after the were asked repeatedly to not order anything without our approval and they refused to honor our wishes. This was not their money to spend and make choices about. Obviously all this company cared about is making their money because it continued to happen. To make matters worse, when we actually did want to order a part they took their time and we would not hear from them for weeks. This happened when one of the main printers in our firm needed a part, we were stuck with 30 + people on one little back up printer for several weeks. When any of their faults were brought to their attention the flirty tech/owner would call and try to sweet talk his way out of it. We had finally had enough and decided we could not continue working with them.Lastly, when we asked to be released from the service contract because we were extremely unhappy with their services and the inappropriate behavior, we were given excuse after excuse of why they couldn’t do that and told us it would take a ridiculous amount of money to get out of the contract. They were not upholding their end of the service contract at all and just wanted to collect their money. We paid them for all services and products but were not going to continue working with them because of the unethical practices this company used. We then started receiving insulting and threatening emails from them. Working with this company was nightmare from start to end.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!!
