This dress store and everyone in it were absolutely amazing. This seamstress was an absolute doll and a sweetheart, and the owner. Diana deserves an award for being so kind, generous and sincere. We will never shop for a special occasion in any other store. Besides this particular one they made my daughters Shopping very special and she felt extremely beautiful in the dress she chose. I really can’t say enough nice things about everybody we came in contact with but mainly the seamstress and Diana because that’s who we dealt with the most. Again I cannot thank you enough for everything and I mean everything that you have done for my daughter , you guys deserve an award

DO NOT BUY A DRESS HERE!! The day we bought my daughter’s prom dress they said FREE ALTERATIONS!! Made an appt for alterations my son took her and after appt they handed her a bill for 125.00 for alterations! NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS FROM MULTIPLE GIRLS! For a business set to help girls dreams come true to take advantage of them is ridiculous a dress that cost 500.00 needed 125.00 of alterations that had fit her like a glove already!! I call a scam and I’m not only victim! NUMEROUS clients complained while there and at her school! Go somewhere else cause they refused to reduce or change the price of free alterations to have audacity to say they would never say that to over 30 different girls??? Someone is lying and it’s not 30 different girls being told free alterations and I heard with my own ears from woman who took my money for dress! I have a tailor why the hell would I waste my money on someone I don’t know to hem her dress when I have a seamstress by me!! Furious isn’t the word don’t get caught in their lies!!

They online doesn’t state you have to make appointments, went to location and was tried very poorly and they customer service was horrible!

Dionna and Mary saved the day! My daughter was very hesitant about her Jr prom dress size once we brought it home and all I had to do was make a call. They took us right in, no appointment necessary, made some adjustments right then & there and like magic my daughter was all smiles again ? Customer service at its finest! I highly recommend Dress Gala for all your formal wear. All the ladies in there are super sweet and very accommodating. We will definitely be back for Sr. Prom! Thanks again ladies!! ?

This place is amazing! My sister and I walked in around 5pm saw a dress made an appointment to try it on the following day and was helped by Nina! She was amazing she knew exactly what I was looking for - showed me 2 other dresses and wa la. I found my dress for my daughter’s wedding! Nina is an amazing sales associate. She was kind patient and helped in every aspect to make sure I was totally satisfied! She even checked with a co worker to make sure she was ordering the correct size dress! Thank you Nina for your kindness and great eye in finding me The perfect dress!!! What an amazing place! Great people great advice and service and very accommodating! Don’t pass
This place up! Love love love it!! Nina should get a promotion for her dedication to helping customers in such a professional manner! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

My mother in law and I had an amazing experience here! Diana was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and overall the best help we could’ve asked for. We found the perfect dress for my mother of the groom ?? HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone looking for quality dresses at reasonable prices!

My daughter was looking for a dress for her senior prom and we went to many places
She finally found her dress here at Dress gala
We didn't have an appointment and they still took her in
The sales associate was amazing!!
The owner was amazing!!
A real class act and went above and beyond after my daughter decided to changer her color dress twice .
They made the accommodation without hesitation!
I highly recommend..

Had a great experience at Dress Gala with Carol! She showed me so many dresses and helped me choose the perfect one for prom. She helped me put the dresses on and helped find my perfect size. A great place to shop for prom!
