As customers we always waited online and to be called the next person well I think she’s a new cashier and she let somebody ahead of me and I said to her
I was next, and she just ignored me and took the customer that Customer care less about me walked over To her reg and was taking care of before me
I told the manager, I don’t know if that’s what he supposed to do as a manager discuss that with her and make sure the customer is happy
I’m going to contact a dollar tree headquarters
It was totally disrespectful unfair and I really don’t want to go in there anymore
The cash clerk Said out loud don’t have to be called next
When this started to happen
I will buy the least I need in that dollar Store
I always had respect for the manager, and I hope he spoke to that cashier
And should’ve spoke out and told the customers you can get on any line

One of the cleanest Dollar trees I have been in, complimenting the cashier on the cleanliness and organization of the whole store. My compliments to the management and staff who make it a pleasure to shop there.

The shelves are getting emptier and emptier. The store was neater.No paper products on the shelves (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) Dishwashing liquid dwindling. You will have to wait to check out. More products selling for more than 1.25. The workers are pleasant.

By far the slowest dollar store Ive been to in my life! Why would you not open up another register when you have ONE line going nearly all the way back to the store? At that point the ONE cashier could at least be kind enough to bag customers groceries for them? ?

The store is pretty dirty, the bathroom is a nightmare. My 5 year old needed to use the bathroom and I couldn’t even believe the condition it was in upon entering.Store is supposed to close at 10pm but if you get there at 9:45 the door is locked and you can’t run in.Story is also very unorganized, messy, and dirty. Lines are always so long, I’ve waited 20 minutes in here before. Employees don’t like their jobs either so they are miserable.There’s usually only 1 register open at a time.Every time I leave here I feel like I need to take a shower and pray I didn’t get sick because for some reason everyone’s coughing sneezing and being disgusting in here, especially the employees. I’m not even a germophobe.

One cashier (very nice) but 20 people on line. So, not so good... 5 minutes shopping, 15 minutes waiting to check out.

Josephine is very nice. Helpful with my exchange and I bought several wine glasses and she offered to get a box to put them in which I thought was very sweet!

The Commack store has inventory but the store is beyond a disaster filthy dirty every single facet of the store and the help does not care if the Board of Health walked in that store right now they probably would shut it it's filthy unacceptable and their excuses we don't have enough help really maybe come in 2 hours earlier and clean the store and stay 2 hours later a couple of times a week and you get the place cleaned up otherwise it's something that the company needs to look at
