Very affordable, he has the best prices I've seen. The owner is a nice guy--hard working guy-toiling away with no A/C. I have never had a problem in over 5 years of constant service. I would never go anywhere else. 5 STARS!

DO NOT USE!! DO NOT USE!! 1 more time....DO NOT USE!!! I've been bringing my clothes every week to this cleaner for 2 years. I had a death in the family last week. On Wednesday I dropped off 3 shirts and 1 pants to be cleaned for the wake and funeral. I asked if it could be ready by Friday morning (wake was Friday afternoon 2 hours from where I live). When I went to pick up my clothes around 10am, he couldn't find them. He was looking for 15 minutes. Then actually had me go in the back to go through all the dry cleaning to see if I could find mine. It wasn't there. He told me to go buy the clothes and he would reimburse me. At this point I was so upset, I'm dealing with the loss of a loved one and now I had to rush to go buy clothes. I pulled myself together and went and bought 3 shirts and 1 pants, it came to $246. I went back to the cleaners this morning to get reimbursed, the first thing he tells me is my clothes never came back and they're gone. He said, he doesn't know what happenned to them. I said ok, well I bought new pants and 3 shirts like you told me to. When I showed him the receipt, he tells me he's not paying for one of the shirts because it was $80. One of the shirts he lost cost me $120. After arguing back and forth, he finally writes me a check for the total amount. Then proceeds to tell me I can't use him anymore. Literally banning me from his cleaners. LOL. HE lost MY clothes (let alone during a stressful time having lost a loved one...which he knew and never even said sorry for your loss) and now I'm not allowed to use him anymore. Well, believe me, I was NEVER going back there anyway. Now I'm writing this to try and save others from this AWFUL business. If you want to keep your clothes and don't want to deal with a CRAZY business owner, stay far, far away from D&C Commack Cleaners.

Brought my wedding dress to this cleaners to get cleaned. Reviewed with a the guy at the counter that everything will be cleaned and won't be damaged. I go back two weeks later to find the jewel belt completed OBLITERATED. It was a $700 belt!! He said it's fixable and he will fix. I go back this past Wednesday to a HOT MESS of a belt. Like he sewed it back on in a random pattern. It looks absolutely horrendous and so many jewels were now missing from the last time I saw it at the original pick up date! I was so upset and was showing him pictures of when it was dropped off, with the belt fully intact. He has the audacity to say "you must of damaged the belt before bringing it" and started YELLING at ME!!! He took the receipt and crumpled it up and said "I won't charge you for the cleaning." I said he has to pay for the belt and again he started screaming at me. I told him if I had damaged the belt before dropping it off, then why weeks ago when I went for the first pick up did he apologize and say he'll fix it?! Horrible service, horrible outcome, horrible employee/owner! We used to use him for my husbands suits and other dry clean items. Will never be going back to this facility.The best part was when he showed me how he cleans wedding dresses - he puts them in a mesh bag!!! Which perfectly explains why the jewel belt got caught on his bag and completely got ruined. He refused to admit any responsibility.Other customers were walking in while I was trying to review the issue and he kept pushing me off and trying to take the next customer. Even the next customer was like "um you still need to speak with her and not come to me!" When I left - the other customers literally said to me as I was leaving "that's not right, I'm so sorry about your dress, this guy is awful!"

Honest! Dropped off a jacket with money left in it. They called me to come pick it up! It was a pretty big amount and it was all there . I will always be their customer
