Fantastic customer service! My friend bought me the most comfortable sneakers here a few weeks ago. I went back today to get another pair. The pair I bought didn't fit right and they took them back and got me a pair that are as comfortable as the 1st pair. I will have "happy feet" in England! Thank you for all that you do. Best customer service shoe store in the area!

After searching several months for shoes for my daughters wedding, I finally went to Craft Shoes and was so happy with my experience. I needed something comfortable and tasteful, and found just the right pair with the help of their staff. I also saw an evening bag behind the counter and purchased that as well. I highly recommend going there.

Took my toddler for sneakers and she was overwhelmed the sales man was efficient and patient and kind and helped us get the perfect first pair of sneakers.

Too long of a story but this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Nasty older grump gentleman who sizes the kids, probably the owner (if not the owner should definitely reasses their employees). Bashes customers when they are still in the store and to be honest has an awful selection of kids shoes. Thought I was supporting a nice local business but turns out they just have no time or patience to actually want to do their job. Avoid this place, go to the kids shoe store in Syosset- took my daughter the next day after going to this terrible place and spent $200 for her and my son.

My experience there was amazing I didn't think I would find anything I didn't feel like I would have been comfortable. But all that was put to rest I was served with such ease and comfort and I will be back I love my shoes I bought two pair mind you I was only looking for one pair

Rating 0 stars. My 80 year old mom went there today to get shoes because her feet have Terrible bunions and other problems. Her feet are painful and it's very hard to find shoes. So she went to craft. The owner or one of the men there was incredible rude and nasty to her. My daughter was there and they had to leave because he was so rude, because none of the shoes he brought out worked. I will never ever go to that store and will tell everyone I know and work with about this experience. She is all upset now. Awful just awful!!!!

Brought my mom in there yesterday, she needed new slippers. My mom needs a walker, so she moves slow. Brianna was the sales assoc that took care of my mom and she was great, she was very patient and took the time to make sure my mom was comfortable with the new slippers, highly recommend this place, great customer service!!

The staff here is incredibly rude and nasty - especially the two older men. Walked in and one said "good morning" to which I responded but he was too busy talking to himself so I guess he didn't hear me. Then another man came to say good morning and the first guy told him not to speak to us because we don't answer. First of all, who treats customers like that. Then the 2nd guy asked if he could help and I said no I am just browsing for shoes to which he responded "oh thought you were looking for airplane parts". Trash store with trash staff.

If i could give negative stars i would. I went in with my daughter for prom shoes and was greeted by a very rude woman who told me my daughters feet were too wide. She basically told me in a very rude way that they had nothing for me if i didn’t want to buy the only shoes they showed me. She then pretty much told me to leave. The very strange salesman told me they had too much business since the pandemic ended. I’ve never been treated so rudely. Never. I will never go there again.
